Rental Agreement:

By renting a bike from Best Electric E-Bikes, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payments:

When you go for the rentals, you need to decide the best weekday for you to do the payment. For the payments you can Setup a Direct Debit or if you prefere, you can Pay Online, but if you choose to Pay Online, make sure you pay on time to avoid a late fee of £2 per day.

Eligibility:

Renters must be at least 18 years old.

Reservation:

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our booking system.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of 1 week is required at the time of rental, refundable upon return of the bike in satisfactory condition otherwise the deposit will be used to cover any damages.

Rental Period:

The rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon times specified in the rental agreement form. If ending period is not especified the rental will automatically be renewed until canceled by the Renter.

Usage Restrictions:

Bikes are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or in any unlawful manner.

Care and Maintenance:

Renters are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the bike during the rental period, including regular inspections for damage.

Damage Liability:

Renters are liable for any damage to the bike beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for repairs will be assessed accordingly.

Safety Equipment:

It is mandatory to wear a helmet and other safety gear while riding the bike. Failure to do so may result in termination of the rental agreement.

Insurance:

Best Electric E-Bikes does not provides any insurance coverage for rented bikes. Additional insurance is responsability of the Renters.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Lost or Stolen Bikes:

Renters are responsible for the full replacement cost of the bike in case of loss or theft.

Late Return:

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being late.

Prohibited Activities:

Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless riding, and tampering with the bike's components are strictly prohibited.

Indemnity:

By renting a bike from Best Electric E-Bikes, renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the bike.

Investigation:

There is a £40 investigation fee to find out what is the issue or problem of your vehicle. If you want to do the fix with us, we can deduct that fee from the service.

Service:

All rent vehicles should be brought back for service every 2 weeks otherwise you will be responsible for all the costs case any issue happens.

These terms and conditions are designed to protect both the rental company and the renter, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
